God damn my luck with minion rolls. The rewards should match roulette ilvl, not high your character level. Mhachi matter is pretty worthless now imo.

When a high level well geared person goes into low level duty roulette and just curbstomps everything with no effort it kind of sucks for the players who are level-appropriate for that dungeon. The levels and gear are there to give you a progression curve, and more importantly to keep you paying your sub fee.
